Kathleen L. Fellows (“Katie”) has strong experience in working collectively with clients to
problem solve legal issues and coordinate solutions with business goals.

Katie has deep experience serving as counsel to major players in the hospitality industry. Prior
to joining the firm, she served as the principal legal and regulatory advisor and strategist for all
aspects of business operations for multiple resort hotel casinos in Las Vegas, including real
estate, transactions, liquor, licensing, leasing, third-party management, privacy, technology,
labor/employment, risk management, commercial litigation, marketing, entertainment, and
intellectual property.

In her free time, Katie participates in a non-profit that fights against cancer and she loves
playing golf and tennis. In college at Yale, she played hockey and softball, including serving as
captain of the women’s hockey team her senior year. She also graduated from Leadership Las
Vegas in 2008.
