His litigation practice covers the full range of business disputes, including cryptocurrency litigation. His wins include a § 1983 Eighth Amendment appellate victory in Nevada over inmate abuse and procuring cannabis licenses in Nevada and Illinois.

During five years at Apple, Nicholas helped Apple Finance comply with the GDPR, China’s Personal Information Protection Law, and the California Consumer Privacy Act, and migrated 20 petabytes of financial data to the cloud.
