Michelle Dove is a part-time Runner/Office Assistant with Lex Tecnica, bringing more than 40 years of customer service, operations, and administrative experience. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to helping both customers and colleagues.

Before joining Lex Tecnica, Michelle spent 25 years with Southwest Airlines, where she held customer service and leadership positions, followed by 13 years with Alamo/National Car Rental, providing exceptional customer service and operational support. After retiring in 2022, she remained active in her community by serving as a Crossing Guard for the Clark County School District, helping ensure the safety of elementary and middle school students.

Michelle is also a member of the Southern Nevada Officials Association, where she serves as a basketball scorekeeper for middle and high school games and is part of the auxiliary football chain crew for high school athletics.

Known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to service, Michelle enjoys supporting her team and creating positive experiences for those around her. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, attending sporting events, and giving back to her community.
